The therapeutic vaccine field remains constrained by hard-to-manufacture modalities, leaving a clear gap for reproducible recombinant solutions. Hify-Bac® combines high expression, robust post-translational modification, and an excellent safety profile with engineered bacmids that reduce degradation, relieve secretion bottlenecks, and improve yield and structural integrity of complex antigens. The result is high-fidelity product with consistent immunogenicity and batch-to-batch stability, building on BEVS regulatory precedent such as Cervarix™ and Flublok®. Our platform has supported partner therapeutic vaccine programs, including an HBV therapeutic vaccine and a prostate cancer vaccine, both of which have received IND clearance from the FDA and NMPA; the prostate cancer program was developed with Chimigen.

Beyond vaccines, Genevoyager provides integrated viral-vector and advanced-therapy capabilities. Through subsidiary BrainVTA, a viral-vector CRO since 2014, and Genevoyager Inc. in Philadelphia, we support AAV programs from design and process/analytical development through animal efficacy, GMP/QC release, and IITs, with single-batch AAV capacity up to 1E+18 vg. Our portfolio also extends to oncolytic virus and in vivo lentiviral CAR-T, enabling partners to advance complex delivery and therapeutic strategies within one coordinated CRDMO relationship.

Track record and CRO/CDMO credentials. Genevoyager has successfully delivered 8 IND/IIT clinical projects, including AAV programs in Parkinson’s disease, refractory epilepsy (multiple gene targets), cardiovascular disease, ALS, NBIA, Canavan disease, DDON syndrome, LBSL, and Sialidosis, with patient dosing across several IITs. Partner vaccine programs supported on our platform include the HBV and prostate cancer therapeutic vaccines noted above, both with FDA and NMPA IND clearances. We operate 43,000 ft² of lab space and 68,000 ft² of cGMP facilities with 300+ employees and 160+ research personnel; four P2 seed-banking areas; five viral production lines at 200 L/500 L, scalable to 2,500 L; one fill-finish line; and capacity for up to 50 batches per year. Our quality system is aligned with 21 CFR, EU GMP Annex 4, China GMP (2010), and ICH Q9/Q10, supported by BMS/EMS/SCADA-controlled engineering systems.

BD partnership models. We act as a flexible BD partner through technology transfer of the Hify-Bac® backbone, raw-material supply of Fc-fusion proteins, VLPs, and recombinant antigens at research or GMP grade, co-development with joint antigen design and shared milestones, and contract manufacturing through Phase I–III. Selected collaborations include Johnson & Johnson, Roche, MSD, Covance, Pharmaron, Innovax, Chimigen, Texcell, iRegene, Allife Medicine, and Ruien Kangcheng.
